Despite our best efforts, certain stains on porous tiles or benchtops may be irreparable without specialist intervention.

Our services do not cover the cleaning of ceilings.

Cleaners will avoid operating in hazardous areas, including those with broken power points, switches, bio-waste, or other potential dangers.

Cleaning at elevated heights, such as second-floor windows, is beyond our scope.

Cleaning of garage walls or deep cleaning of floors (limited to sweeping) is not included.
